On the surface we seem to be a nation divided, in many ways that is true. We have forgotten our hearts and we have allowed our politics become the weapon that stabs repeatedly the flesh looking to inflict a kill wound.

To foreign enemies every time our government fails the people is just an affirmation that we are corrupt, to them this justifies their mad decrees against humanity. To domestic enemies every time the government fails the people is just one more reason to commit atrocities under the guise of patriotism.

PATRIOT, now that is a word that in the last decade has taken a sinister undertone. Growing-up the Boston Tea Party was something to be proud of— a historic moment when early Americans (yes I know the history of the Americas and it’s original settlers) told corrupt foreign oppressors to STICK-IT! However, some of our more deranged citizens have hijacked not only the symbolism of the historical Boston tea party but the very emotion a person feels described by the word PATRIOT.

The Tea Party Patriots have in their mad beliefs threatened the very American tenets one associates (at least to me) Patriotism and democracy to be. While I may be angry and disappointed in them most of my waking hours I do not hate them (no matter my occasional rant saying so) and would not trade one of the loons for what radical, heartless evildoers present.

So if you’re a radical, foreign or domestic, and happen upon my disjointed scribblings know one thing–every time you attack us, you make us stronger, every time you seek to divide us you bring us closer. Yes, there’s a lot broken in America but broken does not mean irreparable we will get through any calamity not ripped asunder but in kinship.

Obviously you don’t know shit about America, how I pity you.

I read that a pressure cooker may have been used as the storage container of the bomb. I recently bought a “Wear-Ever Chicken Bucket,” which is an older version of a pressure cooker at a thrift store a few months ago. It will be good if they can catch the person or persons who did this, but I doubt that they will at the moment.

On CNN they’re reporting that a letter with Ricin poison was sent to Senate today.

  13. CobaltBlueDawg says:

To Sen Roger Wicker R-MS. Must have been sent by some lib.

    • Haruko Haruhara says:

      Not you, whoever sent it.

      Are your friends all OK?

      • CobaltBlueDawg says:

My daughter’s friends are OK. But, someone my brother knows lost a leg.

        • Haruko Haruhara says:

Oh, no. I’m sorry. So terrible the leg wounds. It’s actually fortunate the blast wasn’t higher. Those wounds would have been in the head and the chest.

          • CobaltBlueDawg says:

The mother of the eight year old who died, sustained a brain injury.

            • Haruko Haruhara says:

Most of the people got lower body wounds though, that’s why the death toll was so low. Several people lost legs though. What a sicko to pack the bomb full of shrapnel.

        • BoyInBOYCOTT says:

sorry to hear about your brother’s friend

  14. CobaltBlueDawg says:

Dumb woman on FOX saying there were more bombs that didn’t go off. NOT TRUE according to the FBI.

    • Haruko Haruhara says:

Did they blow up some other suspicious packages?

      • CobaltBlueDawg says:

They did, but they determined these were not bombs.

        • Haruko Haruhara says:

There was a lot of confusion yesterday. The bomb at the JFK Library wasn’t a bomb at all, but a fire

        • BoyInBOYCOTT says:

they repeated that HorseSh*t on the panel with Krauthammer too, that’s the only 1/2 hour of FOX I ever watch. Usually I can catch every bit of talking points the Right wants announced by those three skidmarks.
I couldn’t believe Hannity set the bombing footage to MUSIC. What a foul propogandist racist vermin he is.

I did some reading about Roger Wicker (Wikipedia) The only thing that I noticed in his bio was this:

“On September 16, 2010, President Barack Obama announced his intent to nominate Wicker as representative of the United States to the Sixty-fifth Session of the General Assembly of the United Nations.”

All of this is just speculation from my part but maybe the motive for why he was sent the letter was because he was possibly set to represent the US in the UN?
