“Are you guys ready? Let’s roll!” — Todd Beamer as he and other passengers prepared to attack the COWARDS hijacking United Flight 93 on Tuesday, September 11, 2001.
That was just one-act of bravery on that day. We have heard the stories, “34-year-old F.F. Stephen Siller had the day off. When he heard the first plane had hit the World Trade Center, he raced to his firehouse, threw on 60 pounds of equipment and drove to the Brooklyn Battery Tunnel which he ran through on foot. He was last seen on West Street and like so many others, never made it home.” http://newyork.cbslocal.com/top-lists/the-tunnel-to-towers-5k-run-guide/ we also heard how strangers banded together and help others who were trapped get to safety, some who stayed to help others perished.
Why is it important to remember the innocent victims? Because it shows the EVIL doers that there’s NOTHING they can do to break our spirit.
To all EVIL doers. We mourn but we rebuild, we persevere, we thrive, and we will never let you dictate how we live, who we love, how we worship, you will never instill crippling fear in our hearts. From the moment you conceived and decided to act out your violent perversion YOU LOST, you will always lose.
