Hi everyone! Another family member is in the hospital, this time with a bad infection near the brain. 😦

The GOP keeps railing that Obamacare will fail. But they keep acting like it will succeed; Republicans try to PUSH that lasso rope as hard as possible to stop affordable health care for Americans. If they really believe Obamacare will fail, Republicans should simply kick back, sip a brew, fund the government, and watch reality evolve.

Wave it was the wordpress filters that took it as spam. Hey at least it’s not as censorious as HP’s system.

    • plutocrats says:

There are filters here? No foolin? Wow.. it’s almost like they are so unobtrusive they allow for actual person to person communication without word policing. What a concept.

WP does a good job keeping out the spammers. we share a lot of links here and everything runs smooth although once in a while something breaks a page and I have to fix it—-it gives you guys an opportunity to rank on me.

What percentage of Americans understand at worst you apply for ACA tax credit and at worst if you are under insured you now have options? So win win?

    • J@*k says:

Honestly the ACA doesn’t come into play for me, yet, so I have given it a cursory look.

    • RF Dude says:

The misinformation is all over the place, not helped one bit by the MASSIVE dis-information campaign funded by the Kock Brothers…

People have no idea what medical care costs in this country. And how BIG a bill they are in for if they have to seek medical care in a hospital without having insurance. Mind-blowing big, obscenely big.

And that assumes that you could even GET insurance (before the ACA, insurers could always work the pre-existing condition to deny coverage even if you could afford it)

They rather just whine about the Black President who’s stealing all the money and tableware than actually look (even superficially) at their own situations.

I’m fed up to death with them. Let ’em drown in their own spittle, I say!

      • R’amen, RF! Howdy. I know it’s awful… I’m just dismayed at the state we’re in. Too many stoooooopid people.

      • PocoJorge says:

People have no idea what medical care costs in this country. But we have partially created the problem. The clinic I use charges $140.00 for a Serum D test, I can get that on Amazon for 50. Part of that problem is with employer based you show up and it’s taken care of. Paying my own premiums and having only 350$ in routine care I do take into consideration how to save and get the most out of healthcare, such as generics, blood tests that can be found on Amazon etc. But I am likely the acception not the rule, I’ve never qualified for employer health care because even when I was “full time” I was still considered seasonal.

The irony is that the GOP are the ones that are so quick to the US is the Greatest country in the world and exceptional but they have no problems reducing the US to be the laughing stock of the free world.
