    Dear Jack,

You’ve mentioned something about having an article about Trolls.

I’ve posted this few months ago on Free Speech thread on HP, you might want to use it:

As I mentioned before, most posters have anger issues, and I have even suggested “psychiatric evaluations” and “anger management” classes!! Those are the ones who become abusive and behave strangely toward the other posters.
You don’t even need to read between lines, they express their anger by using foul language and cursing at others.

Nebdem’s NFC AFC Championship Preview (Part 2)

AFC Championship game: Patriots vs Colts

For the Broncos to win they need to have a HUGE game from Wes Welker. Redemption is a strong motivating factor. If Welker can grab 8 to 10 catches for around 120 yards it could lead to huge problems for the Patriots. The Broncos have a better total overall offense with regards to depth. If they can hit the quick passes within medium range (7-15 yards) it will allow them to throw bubble screens to the backs and to the stellar tight end Julius Thomas. If they can get this working Eric Decker should be able to catch a few long passes, Demaryius Thomas has been quiet lately but he is a beast and depending on who is matched up on him, if he can catch mid-range passes (15-25) it will open up the running game for Knowshon Moreno and Monte Ball (Fumble Prone). Peyton Manning always struggles against the Patriots, Bill Belichick has always found a way to frustrate him by taking away his weapons, but in this game Manning has a lot of weapons. The Broncos MUST protect him. If they can establish a rush they can throw him off his rhythm, but here is where Wes Welker can cause the most damage. The Broncos also struggled late against the Chargers, but this was probably due also to their first round bye. If the Broncos can hit the medium routes and keep the Patriots secondary focused in the medium range, they really have a good chance to go deep with Decker, and Thomas down the middle. But they MUST keep control of the ball.

For the Patriots to win they must do exactly what the Chargers did in Denver during the regular season- Run the ball, eat up the clock and keep Peyton off the field. I believe they have the offense to do just that. LeGarrette Blount reminds me a lot of a running back the Patriots used to have “Clock-killing” Corey Dillon, who was the key when they won their last Superbowl. If the Patriots can run the ball and control the clock they can take Peyton Manning out of this game ad force him to make the crucial plays with less time on the clock, but Peyton has the weapons to make those plays. The loss of tight end Rob Gronkowski really hurt the Patriots, but Tom Brady makes things happen no matter who he has for his receivers, always has, always will. Shane Vereen (RB) split out in a 4 wide receiver set can cause a lot of trouble. more likely in these sets he will be matched up against the Broncos great linebacker Duke Ihenacho, that will be fun to watch, could decide the game late if the Patriots are driving for a game winning score. The Patriots need to control the clock to win this game, and they must not turnover the football. The last time in the playoffs against the Patriots Champ Bailey had an amazing interception that helped them pull out the win. The Patriots have never beaten the Broncos in the Playoffs.

This game should be close. The regular season matchup was a tale of two halves, the Broncos taking advantage of turnovers put up a huge lead at half, then the Patriots stormed back. Every game with Brady vs Manning has been exciting, this one should be also.

This game could turn on who performs better in the return game: Trindon Holliday or Julian Edelman.

The team who has the ball at the end should win the game. It will come down to the final play more likely unless turnovers become to big of a factor (More than 3 turnovers to be exact)

Interesting side note. Denver coach John Fox and Patriots coach Bill Belichick faced up on the Superbowl awhile back (Fox was coaching for the Carolina Panthers)

We all know the debate of who is the better QB between these two. If Tom Brady wins and they go on to win the Superbowl he will be seen as the best QB on the modern era. If Peyton wins this game and goes on to win in the Superbowl he will be almost on par with Brady, but still lower when it comes to Superbowl rings unless he plays next year and the Broncos repeat, which they did with John Elway.

Though both are the best QB’s in the game, this matchup will be decided by which team doesn’t have to rely solely on their QB to win the game. The running game will be key, but for a QB the medium range pass is very much like a running game.

Prediction: The team who scores before the other team’s final drive, if they can run the clock out they will win, but to do that they have to run the ball and drain the clock to 3 seconds left. If one team gives the other team a minute left, they will lose.

    New England 37 Broncos 34
