      Cool ~ Thx Wave! G’night

    • Jack says:

So Wave what’s your take can Bernie do this? Colloquial let me rephrase, Can Bernie overcome the Clinton OBSTRUCTION 🙂 and take the Democratic nomination.

      • waverly says:

I’m going to remain optimistic all the way and beyond. Bernie has said his entire campaign is about creating a political revolution. And I believe that is happening. He continues to raise record breaking amounts of money from millions of contributors. So theoretically he has a never ending cash flow.

Before that happened it was believed you needed to be backed by wealthy benefactors to run for high office. Bernie has shown that to NOT be true. This holds promise for future candidates for any office. And hopefully there will be more now willing to stand up and fight the corrupt “establishment”.

As far as Bernie maintaining his momentum, he needs to win a significant percent of the vote going forward (like 58-60%). Hey nobody thought he would win Michigan but he did.

        • Jack says:

I get that and feel the same but he really needs to get to the superdelagates, swing them bastards over.

          • waverly says:

I am optimistic that he has a plan to do just that. But first and foremost he is concerned with getting his name and platform out and recognized among all the voters in this country. He has access to millions to spread his message of what needs to be done in this country. That’s why he will campaign through ALL the remaining primary states. So that EVERYONE has had an opportunity to hear what he has to say. He is educating the public by raising the public’s awareness to these issues. Go Bernie Go !

            • waverly says:

Ok now your looking at Berie’s campaign struggle as being of mythic proportions? 🙂

              • Darth says:

Picture this guy, with wasserman-schultz flying around him like the monkeys from the wizard of Oz trying to pull a Tanya Harding on his kneecaps, and the entire DNC establishment tied around his ankles like an anchor.

                so.. yeah. pretty much.

“The Sun-Ripened Warm Tomato Party is a joke party that stood candidates in the first Australian Capital Territory Legislative Assembly elections in 1989. It received 1.17 percent of the vote and its preferences went to elect Residents Rally candidates to the Assembly. Party registration laws that allowed this party and other similar parties (for example the Party! Party! Party! and the Surprise Party) to stand candidates in the Australian Capital Territory have been changed to provide that parties must have 100 members and a constitution before being eligible to register.”

    Hillary Clinton’s Pragmatic Incrementalism:

Wall Street reform-give them more freedom little by little

LGBT Rights– flip-flop slightly and go with the populist view

Criminal justice reform– increase jails for AA youth offenders AKA ‘Superpredators’ one at a time

    Marijuana legalization– thinking about it

Healthcare reform-give a little tweak to Obamacare

Higher education reform-No tuition free education but smaller student debt

Jobs and Wages—under pressure she finally agree to increase minimum wage SLOWLY to 12 bucks an hour

Same sex marriage—was against it but slowly, like a Neanderthals evolved :-/

TPP—FUCK NO BITCHES!!! That’s happening on day one, are you stupid?!!!!!!

Stephen Colbert Pushes Elizabeth Warren to Choose Between Hillary and Bernie – The Daily Beast

Stephen Colbert tried his best to get Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-MA) to weigh in on Hillary Clinton versus Bernie Sanders. But throughout their interview, she seemed far more eager to talk about Donald Trump.

    yep, one of those days.

The United States Pirate Party (USPP) is an American political party founded in 2006 by Brent Allison and Alex English. The party’s platform is aligned with the global Pirate movement, and supports reform of copyright laws to reflect open source and free culture values, government transparency, protection of privacy and civil liberties, rolling back corporate personhood and corporate welfare, evidence-based policy, and egalitarianism and meritocracy based on the hacker ethic.

The party’s national organization has existed in multiple incarnations since its 2006 founding. Its most recent is the Pirate National Committee (PNC), formed in 2012 as a coalition of state parties. The PNC officially recognizes Pirate parties from 8 states, and tracks and assists the growth of more state parties throughout the United States.”

Why Is Bernie Sanders Polling So Well? (Hint: It’s His Policies)

Polls indicate support for the broad outlines of Sanders’ plan. An Atlantic Monthlypoll from early March indicated that most Americans understand that they might be better positioned for economic success with greater education. At the same time, they are frustrated by “a thicket of obstacles centered on money and time that prevents them from obtaining more credentials.” Bernie Sanders would trim that thicket. Indeed, his plan would help to level the playing field between the affluent few who have access to education and opportunity, and the many families that are struggling in today’s economy.

And in truth, Sanders’ plan would simply be a return to the policies that proved so successful in the 1950’s and 1960’s. Some of America’s greatest state university systems of that era — the University of California system and the University of Wisconsin — charged zero or nominal tuition and educated a generation of Americans. Indeed, it is not far-fetched to say that the affordable college programs of the 1950’s and 1960’s contributed substantially to the American prosperity of the latter twentieth century.

      WOW only 7 comments!

Indeed a well educated citizenry is the hallmark of a progressive nation. I guess they failed in the 50-60 because of the rampant racism. We still have that but the awareness and attitude condemns it.

When TROLLMP loses it will be a major blow. How we’ll proceed after that is still up in the air.

Bernie Sanders holds first New York rally in the Bronx – NY Daily News

Inside, after being introduced by Grammy-winner Residente, Sanders continued with his “man of the people” message that has been the heart of his campaign’s unlikely rise.

“This campaign is about creating a political revolution,” Sanders told the massive gathering. “You are the heart and soul of this revolution.”

  16. Darth says:

I’m pretty sure this is accurate
